The Internet connection is FREE of use and provided free of charge by Gonuts4free.com, the Free Internet Service Provider in Spain. Gonuts4free.com will not charge you for the use of it's dial up or the time you are connected.

However, the telephone company will charge you for using there telephone line at local rate. Telefónica which is the major telephone company in Spain charges all communications generated from your telephone line. All charges are paid directly to the telephone company and will be charged on your normal telephone bill. All calls done via the Telephone number 901929200 as mentioned in the setup instructions are LOCAL CALLS. This telephone number can be used all over Spain and its Islands.

The cost to establish a connection each time is 0,09€. The hourly rate is approximate. 1.44 € euros for 1 hour of Internet connection use.

The reduced tarif is approximate. 0.66 € euros for 1 hour of Internet connection use.

Note: all prices mentioned are prices given to us by the Telephone company. They are the responsible for the accuracy of the billing. Prices are mentioned approximate. so small inaccuracies are possible.
There are NO hidden costs whatsoever or any other costs. The use of the ISP itself is totally free and unlimited.

There can be various reasons why your account was disconnected. In case you are a free subscriber and your account was disconnected because you were not using our free dial up connection together with our email service, then here are the things you can do.

1. Re-instate the connection again from Gonuts4free.com, connect with it, go to our contact page and request your account to be reinstated again. We will verify your request and IP address and if all is okay, re-connect your account again within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Upgrade to a premium email service. This is suggested for people using broadband as otherwise the server will detect your changes and disconnected the account again. This service is instant.

Note: If you do not check your email account within a period of 91 days, then it will automatically expire unless if you have a premium email account which works for a full year.
